Be quick though, because they are only staying for 1 week since November 25th. In addition to that here are some of the stuffs that were added and a few details about how the event's going to run through:

Haunted Terrortories - 2013!

Haunted Terrortories is Back for 2013!
As you all know, it's that time of the year where the Devs. will go to their max in brining the scary to Mousehunt. Go through the Cornfield Maze, Haunted Mannor, and Pumpkin Patch to face the Titanic Brain Taker mouse to get this year's LE trap, the Brain Extractor!Well, that basically wraps up the story for this year's Mousehunt Halloween Event.

New Traps, Bases, and Charms!
- Brain Extractor, the LE trap for this year's Halloween event, make sure to get one, especially if you're new or a collector!
- Maniacal Brain Extractor, the upgraded version of the Brain Extractor. You can find the recipe for this trap here. If you don't have a good Shadow trap, make sure to get to this trap, because Shadow traps are very expensive out of events.
- Eerie Base, more or less like the Jade Base, it's quite cheap and affordable, even though you just participated in this event this year.
- Eerier Base, make sure to get this one though, especially if you don't have the upgraded Jade Series (Dragon Jade, Snake Jade) because it provides 10 Luck and has almost the same stats as the Jade Series.
- Brain Charms, able to be crafted/looted/bought from the Marketplace. However, you need the Brain Extractor or the upgraded version to be able to get Brain Bits from zombies to be able to craft these. Recipe is here.
- Skins, a few more Halloween themed skins have come up, it's up to you to collect them though, but I suggest thinking about this the last, because you can buy them from the Marketplace

Collectibles and Themes!
- Halloween Theme, Yup! this theme has re-surfaced itself for this year, make sure to get one if you don't have it! It might not come up again next year!
- Undead Theme, a newly introduced theme that brings a lot more spooky! Avoid if you don't like scary stuffs, but a must have for Mousehunt collectors!
- Sugar Rush Plushie., another one of the plushie series!

New Mice!
- Titanic Brain Taker, as usual they will introduce a new boss mouse at the end of the Pumpkin Patch, this is a sure catch.
- Sugar Rush, I find this mouse quite rare, because I haven't caught more than 10 of these.

Treasure Hunt and Tournaments!
- Undead Halloween and Halloween Scroll Cases, this is a sure drop form the Trick  and Treat mouse at the Pumpkin Patch. Be sure to finish these to get the Halloween or Undead Theme Scrap III. It will also greatly reward the finishers.

Spring Egg Hunt 2013!

Egg Overload!
This year, the Spring Egg Hunt has started with the Eggscavator going haywire because of one mouse that harvested the power of the Golden egg to create a disruptor. Find your way into the Chocolate Factory and hunt for Marshmellow Monterey (if you have some from last year's event, use them immediately) and buy the Eggscavator if you're a new player and currently don't have it yet. Collect all 10 eggs to re-calibrate the Eggscavator. This process, if you are really enthusiastic will take about 3-4 days, which all of you have completed by now. For those who are still hunting for eggs, don't forget to equip the Eggstra charm to get twice as many egg loots. Next is the Eggscavator Charge charm.

This year, the Devs. tweaked with the Eggscavator  a little and added a charge feature. Use the Eggscavator Charge charm to charge the Eggscavator, however I suggest that you wait until you have around 20 charge charms to start filling up the charge bar. This is simply because if you don't equip the charge charm and you successfully caught a mice, the charge meter will drop by one bar per hunt. 20 charge charms will take 40 Marshmellow Montereys, so get hunting!

After you finished collecting all the 10 primary eggs and collected all the charged eggs, you are free to roam the areas on the map to look for specific eggs to be added to your collection. Just click the 'Area Eggs' button next to your charge bar to see all the eggs. I also advise you to buy some Dark Chocolate Charms, because you never know when you will need one!

Remember! The event will cease on the 15th of April 2013! So get busy and collect eggs! Happy Hunting!

Ronza Supports Mousehunt's 5th Birthday Party!

Force Fighters on the Loose!
Ok, so this year, Ronza just brought 4 new trap items and a whole bunch of new tidbits. Let's cover the traps first:
- Ultra MegaMouser MechaBot Trap
This trap is seriously a just for fun kind of looking trap. However, new hunters might find this trap useful as it gives kind of a high Physical power and it will only cost 100,000 gold.  However, you need to hurry to collect all the parts and build it before Ronza leaves on Monday, 18th of March 2013, whether you have or have not collected all the parts and built the robot.

- Isle Idol Box Set (Double Drop Properties)
This trap is mainly useful in the Tribal Isles since it is an adaptable trap to the three tribes and it gives off double loot. Hunters who do not have the upper hand, or do have the upper hand against the trap may consider to buy this one, because where else can you get double drop of loots?

- Tarannosaurus Rex Trap
This is the first time Mousehunt has released an LE trap for the Forgotten type. This one is a must-buy, even though its 4 million gold. However, for 4 million gold, catching Acolyte mice will be easier from now on.

- Chrome MonstroBot Upgrade Kit
A seriously super expensive, but useful upgrade for the Monstrobot. It will add up power, luck, and possibly other stats.. For people with extra gold, it is a must-buy, but for people with limited gold, just wait, because it is available in the Marketplace.

- Charms and Other Tidbits
Ronza also brought along charms and other tidbits that are useful along the way. The Powders and Coarse Salt is useful for people who are hunting in the Living Garden, Sand Dunes, and the Lost City, so be sure to get some. However, this is not the main focus because it is available in the Marketplace.

For the charms, be sure to stock up some Party charms for the little luck it adds on. For Tarnished charms, it is a must-buy as it kills two birds with one stone. One, it can be transformed to Chrome charms that provides high level of luck. Second, it is a good way of obtaining gold as the price will increase as Ronza leaves. The Mining charm is useful for the Town of Digby, especially in catching Limelight attracted mice (For example the Big Bad Burroughs). For the Safeguard and Grubling Bonanza charm, it is very useful for people who are doing the Living Garden-Lost City-Sand Dunes run, so be sure to stock some up.

Finance Strategies
If you still have some extra gold to spend, be sure to stock up some SB\+ because the price just dropped half! This will give you a really good gold advantage later on when you need it, because the price will increase again as Ronza leaves.

Mouse Force Five
This is (I think) a merge between the birthday event and the Ronza event. Mice resembling a certain character are on the loose of attacking Ronza. To help her, be sure to catch 10 of all 5 mice (Force Fighter Red-Blue-Yellow-Green-Pink), collect the robot scraps, and then head to the Trapsmith to build the robot to end the chaos.

In conclusion, that covers mostly the general basic stuffs of this year's Ronza's Travelling Shoppe. Take your time and think over about your financial strategies, because Ronza is leaving in one week's time. The best of luck and happy hunting!

2013 Chinese New Year - Valentine's Day Event!

2013’s V-Day Cruise
As you all know, 14th February has just passed and to celebrate, Mousehunt has added a Valentine-Chinese New Year event. A new trap and a new Jade series base was released for this year’s event! So, here’s the catch:
To start your V-Day adventure, head to Calamity Carl’s Cruise on your map. If you have some Firecracker charms from last year’s, equip them right away as this would help you speed up a few steps. The same as last year’s, catching with Firecracker charms will allow you to get Nitropop Potions as loots, brew and equip them to get Snakebite (not Dragonbreath) potion. This year’s event is also a little bit tricky because you have to really plan what you’re going to do, because:
-          1.) Using no charm will make you go 1 km per hunt
-          2.) Using Firecracker charm will make you go 3 km per hunt
-          3.) Using Nitropop charm will make you go 9 km per hunt
-          4.) Using Snakebite charm will make you go 25 km per hunt
-          5.) Using last year’s Dragonbreath charm will make you go about 20 km or so

Now, after a few km, you will arrive at a new destination. There are seven destinations for the cruise: Harbor, Gnawnia, Digby, Iceberg, S.S Huntington III, Tribal Isles, and Zugzwang’s Isles. Along the way, you will get Cruise Bux, a currency in the event, to buy stuffs from the cruise’s shoppes. For you collectors, each destinations have one souvenirs to collect from. You can buy these souvenirs for 100 bux in the shop or by collecting them along the way. The trick to get a souvenir in every destination is not to go too fast until you get the souvenir, for example is equip Firecracker charms until you get the souvenir then go to Nitropop/Snakebite. A new mouse, the Totally Not Bitter mouse has been released also to commemorate Valentine's Day, to catch this mouse, you need to arm the Valentine charm to attract it.

In addition, there is also a new Tactical trap in sale. You can buy the S.A.M. F.E.D. DN-5 in the Trapsmith for 750 bux and 375,000 gold. A new Jade series base also came out, and since this year is the year of the snake, it’s called the Snake Jade Base, the improvement they made from the Dragon Jade Base is that this one has 10% attraction, compared to last year’s that doesn’t have any. So, enjoy your time in the event, collect Cruise Bux, buy items, and have fun! In addition, a new  Chocolate Covered Reaper's skin to collect! Happy hunting!
